Native Employment & eXperiential Uplift System
NEXUS creates dignified, home-based AI training jobs for people who are too often left out of the digital economy — elders, retired workers, stay-at-home parents, people with mobility challenges, and members of Montana's tribal nations — working from home or a community center, on their own schedule.
The work is real and the income is real. Participants learn simple, useful AI skills and are paid transparently for verified work, with a share returned to the community.
